This years East Canada Section Meeting will take place in downtown Toronto at the beautiful Intercontinental Toronto Centre Hotel!
- Friday May 22 – Early Arrivals, the Hospitality SuiteĀ opens at 4:00 p.m. (light snacks & soft drinks), followed with a Wine & Cheese Reception in the Hospitality Suite, 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday May 23 – Ninety Nine Members Only – Ā in a Meeting Room, continental Breakfast 8:00 a.m. followed by the ECS AGM 9:00 – noon
- Saturday afternoon is free to visit the many sites of downtown Toronto
- Saturday May 23 – Banquet Dinner (guests allowed), 6:30 pm, in a gorgeous private dining room at the hotel – Silent Auction, Guest Speaker
Options for Saturday afternoon and Sunday activities will be provided at a later date.
