$50 Registration Fee for full conference
$30 Registration Fee (if you can only attend the Wine & Cheese on Friday September 18th)
$20 Registration Fee (if you can only attend the AGM, Elementary Maintenance & Flight Deck Coffee on Saturday September 19th)
$40 Registration Fee (if you can attend all day Saturday September 19th and/or the dinner)
Tours are available at additional cost.
Register by emailing Jill Oakes with your contact information, arrival and departure information, where you will be staying, and your options for Friday, September 18 and Saturday September 19. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include them as well. - Winner does not have to be present to win.

1430: Welcome to Winnipeg! Tours of The Royal Aviation Muesum of Western Canada ($5.00-$7.50)
1800-2100: Manitoba Mixer at Lyncrest Airport
Join the Manitoba Chapter of The Ninety-Nines for some local fare with flare! We are looking forward to seeing new and familiar faces!
Saturday September 19th
0800-0900 : Breakfast (at your hotel, a local café or with a local 99 if you are billeting)
0800-0845: Registration at Lyncrest Flight Centre
0900-1015: AGM Formal Meeting in Lyncrest Flight Centre
1015-1045: Flight Deck Coffee (coffee break with light refreshments between the AGM and Elementary Maintenance)
1045-1200: Elementary Maintenance
1230-1330: Lunch at the Forks
1330-1600: your choice of:
Assiniboine Park (Zoo, Journey to Churchill) ($17.50-$19.75)
Human Rights Museum ($12-$20)
Walking around The Forks (free)
Flying in antique planes (depending on weather)
Flights over the prairies in C-FLUG and other MB aircraft (depending on weather) (free)
NEW! There is a strong possibility that you will have a choice of two or more Commonwealth Air Training Program Museum antique airplane rides! If you’re interested, please send Jill Oakes a cheque to cover your flight. Note flights are fully refunded if cancelled due to weather. The Cornell is $230/ride and the Harvard is $330/ride. Make cheques out to Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum and submit along with your Western Canada AGM registration.

1800- 2030: Prairie Supper* “Enhancing Advancement of Women in Aviation Related Careers” (Panel Discussion at 8pm)
2130: Silent Auction and On Line Ground School Course Raffle ends
2145: Scholarship Presentations, Silent Auction, Raffle and Door Prize Winners
Sunday September 20th
Members return to the airport
Time permitting, we recommend flying, Assiniboine Park (Zoo, Journey to Churchill), Human Rights Museum, The Forks or Thermea Spa or just visiting with the women you’ve met at the conference!
