On behalf of the ECS Executive, I am pleased to announce our 2017 Section AGM will be hosted by Maple Leaf Chapter at the Brantford Flying Club, CYFD on Saturday May 27, 2017.
MLC is planning to host a Grass Roots Style Fly-In event complete with Hangar Party. The Section AGM will be held Sat at 1400 in the Brantford Flying Club Classroom, in the FBO Terminal Building, therefore allowing time to fly-in or drive-in Sat AM.
The overnight hotel on Friday or Saturday is optional. Brantford is a reasonable car commute from GTA with VIA Rail Train Service available and a short distance to YHM and YXU for those flying in on Commercial Flights.
Ninety-Nine members from other chapters and female student pilots from local Flight Training Centres, are invited.
AGM Schedule:
1400 – AGM Meeting
1700 – Social
1800 – Hangar BBQ Party
